Free service. TRD News is free to read. Accounts are for people 13 and older; one person per account; keep your password private.
News from others. Headlines and short excerpts link to the original publishers; we never republish full articles. Publishers own their content and images.
AI-written content. Summaries, Rundowns and some labels are written by AI. They can be wrong or incomplete — always check the linked source before relying on anything.
Ratings are opinions. Political lean ratings describe publishers, not articles, and are our opinion based on public media-bias ratings. Tone labels are estimates.
Scores and data. Scores, stats and schedules come from third parties and may be delayed or wrong. Live Sims are reconstructions, not video.
No gambling. Nothing on TRD is betting, gambling or financial advice. We do not offer odds, picks, fantasy or prediction markets.
Not affiliated. TRD News is not affiliated with or endorsed by the NFL, NBA, WNBA, MLB, NHL, MLS, NCAA, any league, team, publisher or political party. Names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify them.
Be decent. Usernames, photos, feedback and anything you post must not be unlawful, hateful, harassing, sexual, impersonating, or infringe someone’s rights. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Your content. You keep ownership of what you upload; you give us a license to host and show it on TRD to run the service.
Copyright complaints. If you believe something on TRD infringes your copyright, email support@whu-ai.com with the material, its location on TRD, your contact details and a statement of good faith. We remove infringing material and end repeat infringers’ accounts.
Ads and sponsors. Ads and sponsored blocks are labelled. We are not responsible for advertisers’ or sponsors’ websites, products or claims.
No warranty. TRD is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.
Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Vexequ LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to $100.
Changes. We may update TRD and these terms; we’ll post changes here with a new effective date.

Accessibility: we aim to meet WCAG 2.1 AA. If something on TRD is hard to use, tell us at support@whu-ai.com and we’ll fix it.
